How to Play Colouring Book
Relax and colour. Peacocks, mandalas, rockets. Share your art.
Colouring Book is a relaxing tap-to-fill activity, not a race. Each page is a line drawing divided into regions: a butterfly, a peacock, a race car, a mandala, an elephant, a rocket and more. You pick a colour from the palette and tap a region to fill it, or drag across several regions to paint them in one sweep. Each fill plays a soft musical note.
Progress is saved automatically, so you can leave a half-coloured peacock and return later. Three pages are open from the start, one extra page is featured as today's page, and finishing any page unlocks the next one and pays coins. Palettes such as Pastel, Neon and Earth unlock as your completed-page count grows, and the Magic Brush palette picks colours for you.
Controls
- Touch: tap a colour swatch, then tap a region to fill it, or drag across the drawing to fill everything you pass.
- Desktop: click a swatch, then click regions or hold and move to paint several.
- Erase returns a region to white. Undo steps back one fill; Clear resets the page.
- Save downloads a PNG; Share sends a link to your finished page.
How to play, step by step
- Open Pages and tap an unlocked page or today's page.
- Pick a palette tab and a colour.
- Tap regions, or drag to fill several; the percentage at the top tracks progress.
- Refill any region to change its colour.
- When every region has colour the page is finished and coins are awarded.
- Save, share, or visit My Gallery.
Rules and scoring
- A page is complete when every region is filled with a colour; white regions do not count.
- Finishing a page for the first time unlocks the next page and pays coins.
- Three pages are open at the start; today's page is playable even if locked.
- Palettes unlock by completed-page count; Classic is always free.
- Fills are saved per page on the device, so partial progress is kept.
- Magic Brush fills each region with a random colour from its set.
Tips to score higher
- Drag for large areas like mandala rings; one sweep fills a dozen segments.
- Colour big background regions first so the picture's mood shows early.
- Use the eraser for a stray fill from several steps ago rather than many Undos.
- Try Earth tones on the elephant and peacock, Neon for a poster look.
- Finish pages fully; coins and palette unlocks count completed pages, not started ones.
- Check today's page daily; it is a free way to try later pages before they unlock.
