How to Play Carrom Super King
Flick the striker, pocket your coins, cover the Queen. Vs computer, pass & play, solo rush.
Carrom Super King is a top-down carrom board with real physics: nine white, nine black and one red Queen arranged in the centre rosette, four corner pockets, and a striker you flick from your baseline. You pocket your colour, cover the Queen, and finish first. The striker slides along your baseline before each shot exactly as on a wooden board.
Play against the computer at Easy, Medium or Hard, pass the phone for a two-player game, go online in a 1v1 room, or try Solo Rush, a timed-by-strikes challenge to clear the whole board in as few flicks as possible.
Controls
- Drag the striker left or right along your baseline to position it.
- Press on the striker and drag away from the direction you want to shoot; a dotted line and power ring show the aim.
- Drag further for more power (full power at about 250 pixels), release to flick.
- Aim dots stop at the first coin the striker will hit so you can see the contact point.
- Mouse drag works the same on desktop; Pass and Play shows a Ready screen between turns.
How to play, step by step
- Pick VS Computer (choose a difficulty), Online 1v1, Pass and Play or Solo Rush.
- You are white if you shoot first; the bot or second player takes black.
- Slide the striker along your baseline, aim, and flick at the rosette to break.
- Pocket any coin of your colour to keep your turn; miss and the turn passes.
- Pocket the red Queen only after you have pocketed at least one of your own coins, then pocket another of your coins in the same or next strike to cover her.
- Pocket all nine of your coins with the Queen covered to win.
Rules and scoring
- Pocketing the striker is a foul: one of your pocketed coins is returned to the centre.
- Queen pocketed before you own a coin is returned to the centre.
- If you fail to cover the Queen on the following strike she goes back to the centre.
- You cannot pocket your last coin before the Queen is settled; it is returned.
- Win requires nine coins of your colour pocketed and the Queen pocketed; points are 9 minus the opponent's pocketed coins, plus 3 if you covered the Queen.
Tips to score higher
- Break with medium power from the centre of the baseline; a full-power break scatters coins near your opponent's pockets.
- Use the aim dots: the contact point on the coin decides its direction, so cut thin for angled pockets.
- Cover the Queen with a coin already sitting near a pocket; do not pocket her when no easy follow-up exists.
- Low power for pocket-side coins. A fast striker rebounds off the cushion and often follows the coin in.
- Slide the striker to the baseline edge for straight shots at coins along the side rails.
- In Solo Rush the score is 3200 minus 60 per strike plus 300 for the Queen; combos count consecutive scoring shots, so line up two-coin shots.
Modes and challenges
- VS Computer: Easy, Medium or Hard bot.

Frequently asked questions
What happens if I pocket the Queen first?
She is returned to the centre with a Queen too early message. You must pocket at least one of your own coins before the Queen counts.
How do I cover the Queen?
After pocketing her, pocket any coin of your colour in the same strike or your very next strike without a foul. If you miss, the Queen goes back to the centre.
What counts as a foul?
Pocketing the striker. One of your pocketed coins is returned to the board centre.
Is online play against real people?
Yes. Online 1v1 uses rooms with a code or Quick Match against a random rival, and both players see the same physics on a shared board.
